There were some good customers and they made the day great. The pay should have been more dealing with the customers because they felt like we should know taxes but we only know the software. Once we got on the call floor, the majority of the people was rude. There was a thing called fam that we learned for a couple of hours but we did not really get into detail on it. Training at sutherlands was a one time thing then you had to move on to the next part.
